Hi, liked the video and wondering if you know where in Calgary that I can bring my 3.5 year old son to develop his skill for the mountain bike trail/terrain ?

Hi there thanks for watching! Well your 3.5 year old is getting an early start and will be ripping up the trails before you know it. As for beginner options in the city I would suggest: Paskapoo Slopes (AKA East Trees behind Winsport), Nosehill Park, Bowmont, and Fish Creek. All of these areas have green level xc trails which will give him exposure to riding on some small roots and rocks but without a steep grade. If you don't already have the App I would highly recommend Trailforks, all of these areas are mapped on Trailforks, and this will allow you to find trails at his level, map out your routes and read trail descriptions before you take your son on them. Parked at the Bearspaw Dam Rd and 85 Street NW parking lot. This was a loop started the ride on Krusty Flats. There are so many options once on the trails, Trailforks will be helpful. Happy riding!
