I live in the suburbs and I got to say when it comes to living here in the suburbs I would say unless you want to walk or ride a bike to the bus stop your going to be driving. it takes awhile to walk to the store.

At my company, GreatData, we quickly found out that defining Rural, Urban and Suburban is subjective and multiple sources were required to make our ZIP Code Rural, Urban and Suburban product. You need to consider total population, population density, distance from nearby cities of various sizes, etc. Also, the USDA defines rural and non-rural areas, which is crucial for them, so we included their info.
