That turnover is a reference to "Beau Jumps Over a Guy", including the travel on the throw. There are multiple turnovers in the game however, so I'm not sure what you mean with the rest doesn't make sense?

Beau doesn't throw it away afterwards. I mean that the video has continuity until then, but the clip shows him throwing a flick errantly toward a white jersey, but then it cuts to a blue jersey catching it elsewhere. that's all i'm pointing out. cool video otherwise!

Does the elevator count as a travel? And that bike took a whole lot more than 3 steps to stop momentum, obviously a travel should be called.

Iker Azurmendi Good questions! With the elevator, the pivot point remained at the same place. It's hardly the thrower's fault that the floor itself happened to be moving. (Otherwise earthquakes would result in travels as well.) And as to the bike catch. Rule 18.2.3. states that, "After catching the disc, and landing in-bounds, the thrower must reduce speed as quickly as possible, without changing direction, until they have established a pivot point." And that's exactly what happens, so I would contest your travel call.

+Iker Azurmendi I think the question on the elevator is stall, but there's no marker within 10 feet to call the stall so, that's okay. Three steps? I'm not sure what the rule is but if you're in a full sprint, you can't stop in three steps. And, if you were standing still when you caught it, you wouldn't get to take three steps. I think the rule is come to a stop as soon as you can, which can still cover a lot of ground if you were really moving. Running into the endzone you walk back out. There's a quirk with give and go, I think you can throw before your third footfall, or maybe before you raise your third ground contact, without actually stopping.
