Thats the sad part of allowing people to edit their settings. You can make it so that everything one shots, you can tank 50000 shots, or anything in between. Personally i do like some randomness/lower chance to the instakills, because of lack of proper armour simulation. (as in you hit head, but not rly it was helmet, but not rly cuz it was face ,but not rly cuz.... etc) My point is that this is NOT arma's/the mod's fault, its the settings the users choose.

Im learning the med now, using bandages , morphine , checking the pulse, it's great for the game, it's more teamwork oriented which makes the game great💯

Hi Karma, in future can you create and play a high value diplomats rescue mission from enemy territories?? Like the movie 'Argo'. Even one dead HV diplomat, costs the entire mission.
