Just the 15mm panels mate. East strong enough. As long as your opening doesn’t leave too smaller but around the edge if that makes sense.

Great video! What is the actual door way opening you have? Eg is it 600 or 400mm (the bit you step through to get into the shower

Ha. Exactly in the middle of that. 500mm. Which is plenty wide enough. But can make as wide or narrow as suited 👍🏻

Hi. Only the door ‘jam’ the bit it closes on is aluminium. The rest is plastic. The shower is 1100mm in length 👍🏻

What is the width of the runner please? Just trying to work out how much lip I need to leave on the shower tray and can't see it specified on the website. Looks like around 20mm?

@@janetward5449 just on the wall that the tambour folds around on. The tambour will hit the top and leave a gap getting bigger due to the shape of the van 👍🏻

Shower toilet base is a thetford c200. All over the internet. And I built the rest 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@AdrianSinner97 I literally used the 15mm ply. Angle aluminium in the corners. And then stuck hygienic board on the inside. Simple really.

It's not held together with tape, the tape comes off. The tape is just for shipping. I know, I know, I'm 4 years late 😂
