Nice video. I would caution you about where you harvest this very useful plant. Especially for urban areas, check with your local municipality about pesticides or herbicides they may use in your area. We live on a farm and use no chemicals at all and neither do our neighbours, so we are not concerned about windblown toxins either. Cheers from Alberta, Canada.

The tea sounds good, and the stuffed salmon looks amazing. We'll have to try that recipe. I'd guess making sure the collecting places aren't subject to pesticides or herbicides is a rational precaution, but for those of us lucky enough to have it growing around our places, it's a gift. Thank you for the video. Well done!!!

Delightful video, vinegar was a good idea, heavily salted water works too if you're out of vinegar. That salmon looked GREAT 😋I love your vibe! Watch where u forage folks, be careful in parks where all the neighborhood dogs might visit.

Great video. Thank you for telling us how to prepare plantain for use in the kitchen. I have lots of both kinds in my lawn in Oz.

Thanks for the video. On my to do list so far this season I've harvested dandelion leaves and stinging nettle. Very healthy and nutritious edibles.

I wish that I could find some to plant. My uncle used to put it on poison ivy rash and other rashes, it always worked. I can't seem to find anymore.

I love plantain !! I use it in a slave and use it on my achy joints. My neck, back, knees, anywhere my arthritis is. It also helps with migraines. Just rub some on your neck and temples and 15 minutes later you barely notice the pain.

Just be careful because some public areas use herbicides

That's the great thing about cooking. Raw plantain imho is kinda gross, but in this recipe it's probably good.
