Happy memories! I'm 51 now and not as supple as I used to be when I did this sort of stuff (as well as mainstream gymnastics) 30 or so years ago.Back then the public comment was 'you'll hurt youself one day'. It only hurts now because I can't do it anymore. (oh,yeah - my knees and back give me trouble these days as well)!Rock On,guys and keep the faith!!

I have watched alot of Parkour / Gymnastics type videos, and they all seem to have the same moves and tricks over and over... but there was alot of stuff in this, that I had never seen before, very cool and very original

i think that urban freeflow should raise money to set up more gyms like this, it would massivly increase the popularity of urban freeflow and also there are not many gyms like this around, i would deffinatly donate

Gotta hand out props where they're due. Just before the World Champs' Tim really stepped his game up and has since, just found himself in the groove and getting better and better. Don't forget, this is a rhino who had 2 career threatening knee ops and should have been all washed up by now. To anyone needing to be inspired, just remember the 3 D's - discipline, dedication and determination. There are no shortcuts.....Its ALL about putting the time in and grinding it out.
