Hi Yes uno comes with two soaker. If u want fleece liners too u can order value pack from www.superbottoms.com, n its not neccessary to use fleece liner on soaker but y it is used cos it eases poop cleaning n protects soakers from direct attack of poop.

Depends on how well it dries in your location. Per day one cover diaper and 4 soakers and at night 1 uno diaper and soaker booster set considering your baby doesn't poop at night. It needs 24 hours to 2 days to dry inside in this rainy season and during sunny days few hours may be. So you decide 😌
