Anyone remember white label records? Im not a dj so have no idea about the significance of them but bak in the old days alot of the early rave music released on them?

White label were basically underground vinyl often no record label or official release just sold on pure reputation 👌 Britain has always run this scene 👍

@@chelseaultra9348 Cheers bud, yeah that makes sense, I know they were also limited edition in alot of cases which meant only the top djs would have the best records :) . A good hardcore dj would bring 50 kgs + of records to their sets back then and now you can fit them all on a usb stick, djs of today dont know how lucky they are :P . Just out of interest do you have any idea of how much some records sold for back then? I can remember going to ruby red records in Wolverhampton back in the early 92 ish and i can remember prices of like 50-75 for early hardcore but i'm sure my cousin said some were like 500 quid?

A half decent collection for a good 2 hr set would be from 50 to 75 kg in weight and 3 to 5 thousand pounds in money . My mate Poseidon still has the full white label metal heads set and he's turned down 10 grand for it .👍
