Hi Gary, the german yarn name is "Dreamwater" - Traumwasser, Verlauf means varigated, 4-fach means four strings, 50 % BWIPA is 50% cotton, 50% Polyacryl. It is a beautiful colorway. Have fun working with it.

Loved the blooming trees in the opening video! Ours are starting here in Wisconsin too! Rather early this year. I’m glad it cooled off for a few days because everything was coming on so fast. I always want more spring flowers, weather, etc.

I'm sitting here watching you & binding off my "ghost knitter shawl"!! I FINALLY picked it up again after my bff having a stroke in February, I just couldn't because I was making it for her anniversary....25th anniversary... Every time I looked at it I cried. THEN I remembered that its NEXT April! A lot can happen in a year. 🤞🏻 Thought I had like 20 loooong rows left, nope 10! 500+ stitches, but I'm gonna finish tonight. Paanch=an Indian crime thriller movie. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But the colorway is lovely. 😉 I HAD to look this up too, "verlauf"...the course of events. I'd love to see a yarn that you'd rate a 5! 🤣😂🤣

It's always bitter/sweet when a project is finished. I love that I can focus on to the next project, but not picking up the item to work on it again is kind of sad. Thanks for the tip on the TV thriller movie. There have been a few 5 out of 5 rated softness in the past. It's difficult to reserve that number for yarns I'm super sure of. Likewise I've never rated a 1 out of 5 (that would be like sandpaper)... LOL!

Hi Gary, Traum is Dream in German, Wasser is Water. So that could be the color name. dream water. BW is I think Baum Woole which is a Cotton yarn. Hope that helps. Beautiful yarns! Love your podcasts!

Hi Gary. Italian fan here. Tessiland is an online shop that has its base in southern Italy. They sell yarn and notions and bag crafting materials. They have their own yarn, one of which is Wilson. It comes in different colorways called after fashion designers (gucci, Prada, Burberry, Versace, Missoni, Balenciaga, Hermes, Armani ) The recommended hook is 6mm and the care instructions are machine wash on delicate circle with wool detergent, lay flat to dry. They also say you can iron the fabric with some fabric between your item and the iron surface. Hope this helps😊

Hi Gary. I just wanted to let you know that the word Paanch ( that is a colour way of a yarn you showed) is a Hindi word that means five. I assume that it means it has five colours in it. The emblem on the yarn with the pictures of the shirts means don’t hang it on a hanger. Store folded on a shelf or drawer.
