Thanks for sharing another wonderful exploration! 31:38 There's a rack with some DEC mainframe stuff in the back, with two RL01/02 disk drives clearly visible. The system is probably a PDP11 minicomputer and the 'monitors' are actually VT100 terminals. They come from late 70s/early 80s. Too bad these machines got abandoned and left to rust in this way. It's pretty hard even to see a complete system like this nowadays.

I like how when it was designed and built asthetics were not part of the plan.Yet here we are looking at something extremly beautiful and fascinating. Also every thing you see has a purpose.Kind of like a motor as every part and piece has one sole purpose.

The black graphite everywhere is from the arc furnaces when they operate. I used to wear disposable Tyvek shoe covers and thin cotton gloves with thin rubber gloves over the cotton. I wore shoes with soft but thick rubber souls to make it quieter when walking. I also used red LED flashlights that could switch to regular white and with a strobe function that was super bright. I also found the best time was to explore during a storm, but never do drains when it rains. Fabulous videos! Thanks.

ExploringTheUnbeatenPath. Hello Lads from Netherlands. How's it going? Have to say how impressive the inside a real life steel mill looks. Seen some old black white footage of these sorts mill pouring hot steel, the men looked tough doing the hard work. Seems pity it's stopped that the Hips came in to sttip the place of Copper still at least they camped there which could have been good fun. It's good to see you how are you today? Everyone alright:) Hope to see you again on KZbin soon. Bye. From Craig.

In Australia there's harder laws. To scrap copper over a certain weight must show 100points of acceptable identification. This has stopped a lot of people doing such. Few years ago people were ripping out copper from train and traffic signals.
