Just for your information, *the green button is not the power button.* If you press it once, it can tell you your battery 🔋 percentage remaining. If you press it twice it starts charging the devices in *low power mode* and you can use it to charge your smartwatch or Tws. Power banks don't come with power buttons to turn them on.😊

How long will it take to charge full this ppwer bank? After charging my Urbn 22.5w 20000mah Powerbank took 6 hours and is still blinkling the last(4th) LED light, and if it is still blinking i thought this is not full yet..

I bought 20000mah product to use it during my long trip. During the trip when I have not even used it more than twice, the power back was nor getting charged. As they claim that they offer replacement warranty, I tried calling their customer support, which never gets connected. I raised my complaint through mail. Then they replied that they will arrange for pick up and once they examine the product, they will replace it. They sent a AWB from bluedart for pickup. The next day when I tracked the AWB, the status was"Cancelked through phone". I enquired about this through mail. They replied that they will re arrange a pick up immediately. Which was a week ago. Still no pick up is arranged, nor can I connect to their customer service phone number. Pathetic service....
