A 100 gb mobile internet of Zong, Jazz etc for 30 days @ 15 to 20 + mbps costs around 3000 pkr & PTCL, Nayatel, Storm fiber etc are giving even faster & on cheaper rates here. A cost around 50000/- per month for 100 gb is not easy to afford. Pak needs to bring it's own satellite broadband on Paksat MM1 now.

I dont think so. Pakistan is capable of making high speed internet but they dont wants too. Do you think they allow Starlink a independent internet provider.

Should be allowed only for corporate use only.

In my opinion, satellite internet is not practical for the average person because it’s too expensive. In Pakistan, the average salary is around $100, so how can a regular person afford it? On the other hand, wealthy people are unlikely to opt for it when they can get faster internet for much less. This service seems more suited for people who have the money and need internet in remote areas, such as the northern regions, where connectivity is poor or non-existent. For travelers or adventurers visiting such places, satellite internet could be useful as it works via satellite and can provide access anywhere. For the average person, though, it’s not practical due to the high cost, especially when there are cheaper alternatives available in urban areas. This service is mainly for those who can afford it and genuinely need internet access in locations where no other options exist.

Yes. India has already refused this shit link. And china also refused the offer. Pakistan should also refuse this offer and set its own settelite for highspeed internet.

Elon's internet is too expensive for Pakistan's middleclass. Only the elite class can afford it. Why would someone pay 50,000 for 100 GB per month when they can get the same amount of data for 4,000-5,000?

Military generals of a failed and bankrupt military state have a big problem in their hand. How to block a communication via satellite? The military chief, a sad black struggler, has a homework to do.
