Sometimes gastritis can give all the symptoms you are having Mr Seb,severe headaches, palpitation,breathlessness,nausea etc. Best thing you can do is go on a blant diet and remove as much gas from your system. Over the counter medicines helps but I found out sumac the most effective( sumac zumho in angami) Disclaimer:I'm not a doctor.
