This video is very very especial to me ❤ my baby was born two month early. Because from no where I had a heart attack 😢 she was in the hospital for 2 months. After I was a bit strong they took me to see her. First time I saw I almost faint it when I saw how small she was. I asked the doctor if she’s going to be ok? He’s answer was we can’t really be sure. From that moment I got on the floor and cried my heart and eyes out to Allah ❤ to help my daughter. I opened KZbin to find dua for healing. And of all the videos I heard. This video was the one my heart just melted it when I heard it. I use to put on next to my baby day and night . She got so use to it. To the point she won’t sleep without it till this day. My anxiety was cured within few months (3) you also need healthy distractions:) I learnt coding after curing from anxiety alhamdulillah. I am stupid tho I get anxiety sometimes weekly.

Wslm get the palpitations checked out by GP as covid is causing alot of heart/lung/brain etc issues. Do not do too much strenuous activities that encourage palpitations/tachycardia. Also there are medicines you could take temporarily to regulate heart beat.
