@Jasko Every day is different, and it's not as simple as don't eat this or that. Find your staples! And choose your battles wisely, meaning I can't handle red sauces. But I love spaghetti. So, I choose to eat it on good days when I can stay home. You will learn what to eat and when you can eat it by listening to your body! It's not easy, but the medicine we have today for it is amazing! So don't skip out or forget them! I've been playing the game a long time. And I want more content. It's in my best interest to give ya advice! 😅 Also, get an allergy test off Google. They have really good ones now. Sending strength, support & and hugs, fam.

I have same issues with spaghetti sauce...even my dexalant for my stomach can fight it....I've just learned to love pasta with butter and parm....and mean mug my 17 year old as he scarfs down big plate of spaghetti.....hang in there.....the dexalant has been a life saver for me...feel better and be nice to your tummy

Happy better today. I have been having almost the same problems. Seeing the doctor on tues about it. Like I need anything else wrong with me. Have rheumatoid, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Arthritis. Also lymphodiamia. Have to be so careful as no immune system. Actually just got over a bad head cold. Went to chest then back to head.. was just over a month of being so sick
