It’s a good time to detox off meds. I’m on a perscription Suboxon. I quit drinking but didn’t feel free in the meds. I have been praying a the detox at home isn’t unbearable. It’s not as bad as it should be. I’m 71 with leaukemia. I never gave up I’m clean and sober. God took most of the horrible symptoms away. A miracle

I recently subconsciously recreated an extremely buried trauma in which I had fragmented a "weaker" version of myself. Fueled in pure dissolution fear that has been 20+ years in the shadow waiting to be transmuted. When looking back it took me all these years to recognize the story of empowerment I was telling others, was actually egoicly hollow with my core beliefs. After flipping my car front to back three times at an extreme speed.... I found myself hovering above myself and watching my egoic "death and soul rebirth" I have noticed the urgency to DO something to achieve something has completely disappeared and a new peace in just being has replaced it. Blessed beyond words and prepared to allow myself for inspired works to be of service to humanity in whatever ways my soul calls of me.

How can I be healed of PTSD flashbacks? Rage and grief consume me. I LIVE IN almost CONSTANT TERROR AND PANIC! I suffer from endless suicidal depression and horrific PTSD flashbacks. My soul is raped. All 44 years of my life, so far, have just been suffering. I can no longer bear the suffering. My rage is red-hot-white. My grief is as big as 999-trillion oceans. PRAYER: Lord, I pray for healing: physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually, In JESUS' name: break every chain, stronghold, yoke, every generational curse, and all witchcraft, and spell work. Holy Spirit, anoint me: from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. Release me, completely, from every darkness looming around me, in Jesus' name. Shine your light, your healing, your saving grace, and power over me. And FILL me with YOUR AGAPE LOVE and grace. I speak peace over my heart and mind and soul and body, in JESUS' name. So be it. So it is. Praise be to God. Hallelujah! AND, ACTUALLY... I am not in hell, I am in heaven! Always will be! But it's been like having an earplug in my ear... Having the enemy calling me constantly from “hell”, the enemy wants to confuse me... The devil is a liar, making me forget that heaven is inside me!

I feel you. I've been in lifelong process trying to break free of deeply embedded ptsd trauma conditioning. Am 71 & though it's been slow, long process, am beginning to see possibility of fully healing as I realize & integrate Awareness of more of Truth of who I AM Beyond personal self identity & history of trauma from sexual abuse of father & then mother putting me & 2 sisters in foster home at 4yrs old until 13 & all the emotional trauma there. I go through periods of doubt & am honing in more on that. Because I've been given profound, clear guidance that possibility of healing is inevitable if we don't give up & are will to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes", as was shared with me by 'voice' speaking to me from with Within profound Union with God I experienced at 19, where I was lifted up out of my pain & Encompassed by Pure, Unconditional, Infinite & Eternal Love of Creator's PrESSENCE. It was said to me, through direct transmission: "The outcome is certain, if you are willing to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes". This is True for us all. For me it had been slow process of learning how to allow myself to be with it all, learn how to heal, let go, forgive, there are more resources today than there used to be & for me is combination of learning & being Aware Truth of who I AM Beyond the wounds & residual ptsd trauma conditioning, that's not as intense & emotional as it used to be. Beautiful prayer. It has been my experience I cannot be free of residual impact of wound without first fully being present with it, feeling it, having empathy & compassion with myself, which I'm still working on. The question is, how to get rid of the scepticism? Been trying for a long time, but the pseudorational conditioning always creeps in. It's a good quality when having to navigate the 3d realm and all it's corruption, but a deeply hindering quality in spiritualism. And when it comes to the theory side, it's not about what you can do, or your individual freedom. We are all one, and we should act like it; come together and say no more. Choosing to ignore it is part of the problem and cowardice. It's like living only a half truth. Who knows how powerful we are when manifesting as a united whole. It wouldn't be living in fear. It would be living in the ultimate will to power.

So many truths here. The skepticism is a must for me to stay aligned to the true self (authenticity). Navigating the 3d is one thing but without strength of discernment in the 4D and beyond, it is much trickier. So that is your gift and a sign of a strong internal axies. Now to develop your mystic and intuitive self more as your foundation is solid. And yes, growth and skill upgrading is personal but the journey is a collective one. O see it happening as a wave. This is just my perception on these topics ...

It always is interesting to me when people talk about being authentic selves when they are perfectly groomed and composed emotionally. It feels like a trend is being followed only to be presented not to be demonstrated. Intellectual conceptualizations.

I've thought about this too. My conclusion is ... make up is an art form, just like baking cute cookies and pastries for eg. ( even though in some people's books all the sugar is bad for our bodies). But it's somebody's passion to create the art no matter if it's make up or cake. How can I be in judgement of that talent, or in resistance. It's all God godding, as a famous author says, I forget her name now. So I just appreciate the beauty I see both inside and out. And the message is what I'm after , that's why I seek out these podcasts. Cheers.

My notes: Selective Bias, tribal instincts, and generational karma, can keep us sepperated from our own Human soul, but our soul is a spirit created by divine spark, and when we become aware of it, we gain access to our own consciousness residing outside of the body, far above the fear based economy of our lower selfs. Our strength resides in cultivating an awareness of our own soul. From this enlightenment we connect to our consciousness, and learn to engage with our higher self. Opening this channel from the higher self, our awareness becomes upgraded over time, our body finds rest and healing, as our spiritual awakening becomes our dominant archetype. From this place of communion with our higher self our intuition and synchronicity flow. Masculin energy was expressed as being ridigid and linear, which was unfortunate, because the higher states of masculinity result in sensitivity in action. Similarly, lower states of feminine energy also have their vises, but when elevated through our higher conchesess, both sexual energies have very positive outcomes.
