Want to increase supply? Lower rules on capital gain tax and there will be a good number of investors that will be ready to list their properties for sale. Another option is to monitor and tax accordingly properties on short term leases that could benefit the strong demand we are facing

What he conveniently skips over is the fact that Adelaide has an abundance of single person homes. Now how old do you think people living in single person home are and what happens when they die? There will be a surplus of homes coming onto the market over the next few decades as the boomers die off and you won't see people queuing up to get into a dead persons derelict house.
