Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.

**Day 63 of asking for Max Healing Aatrox ** Runes: Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Bloodline (Or Legend Tenacity), Last Stand, Second Wind, Revitalize Start: Doran's Blade & Health Potion (Shield Is a Better Overall Start But The Omnivamp Will Be Juicy for the Build.) Items: Goredrinker or Eclipse (Or Any Healing Mythic), Upgraded Boots, Ravenous Hydra, Spirit Visage Mikael's Blessing, Redemption --Aatrox's E has a built-in omnivamp and Aatrox's Ultimate increase's his E's omnivamp and increases healing from all sources by 25%/35%/45% at each rank. Added in with Spirit Visage's Passive of 25%+ Healing, Redemptions 20% Healing, Mikael's 20% healing, and Goredrinker's Active 20% AD (+ 8% of your missing health) for each enemy champion hit in area damage around you to add to the healing. Goredrinker also has 8% Omnivamp. If you go Eclipse which in my opinion is better for all-around damage, it will give you 7% Omnivamp Plus a Shield Which would be boosted by spirit visage, redemption, and Mikael's blessing from the shielding bonus. Ravenous Hydra gives 10% Omnivamp. In the end, you would end up with about 67-68% Omnivamp Plus 65% Bonus Healing + 25%/35%/45% Bonus Healing During Ultimate for a total of 110% Bonus Healing and 67-68% Omnivamp (Depending on what mythic you choose) at full build! (Plus Redemption Active Ability)------ --**[TL : DR = Aatrox with 67-68% Omnivamp (possibly less now due to a nerf by -5% or not I'm not sure) and 110% Bonus Healing during rank 3 ult full build]***
