Nothing helps😭 and I literally wear a like full on diaper now cuz otherwise I can't even go about my day. It sucks so much. I feel so humiliated having to wear a diaper all day🥺🥺🙈

I was prescribed b12. And to my amazement it transformed the urinary problems I had. Then I read on pub med about the link between pelvic floor and b12 deficiency. Googled it and indeed there does appear to be a strong link with stress urge incontinence and low b12. Perhaps you could do a video on this.🥰

@@Banana-lk7tf My Doctor started me on intramusclar injections. Every other day for two weeks. Then every three months. Now it's two monthly. I am on them two years now. My hair has got thicker and even lost some weight. But I was not expecting any improvement with continence. I stumbled across the Pub med report showing an improvement. Because I was curious about a substantial improvement. I cant take the pills I dont absorbe b12 orally. It's worth a try with your Doctor if you print off the pub med article. Nice video about incontinence. Its an important topis for urologists and gynaecologists. When a patient presents with incontinence its really important first of all to do appropriate classification of incontinence into stress and urge incontinence. After clinical examination we approach urodynamic studies in selected patients and make plan of management accordingly.

@Mishti Shaha Dear Hystrectomy k baad urinary incontinence ka problem boht common hy. Is ki kafi reasons hain. First of all UTI needs to be ruled out by doing Urine R/E and culture. Is k ilawa Vault prolapse , fistula etc jaisi problems bhi hosakti hain. You need complete gynaecological examination and then essential tests to reach to the diagnosis.

Now I understand. And yes, as a person who mentally can't handle feeling gross or dirty in stuff like hands or legs, this problem has taken a serious toll on me. The internal thingy is involuntary whilst the external thingy is the opposite, but for me, I can't control the external thingy. It started a year ago, and so extremely spontaneously (like, one day I peed normally and the next day I started to pee randomly and uncontrollably). I've been dealing with it every since without an explanation since I never really tried to do good research and instead felt sorry for myself. Recently, my life improved dramatically and for a while, I had no issues until like a week or two later when it happened again. This caused even more stress and emotional instability since I was gonna ruin my improved lifestyle. Anyways, I physically can't do kegel exercises. It's completely numb when I try to close the external thingy mid stream like you explained and now I want to do better and fix this problem. 3:01 before, my body could do all that, but seemingly at random, it can't. Why? That's what I wanna know. At least I know _how_ though. 3:53 definitely seems like what I have (ive never wrote such an awkward comment lol) 4:00 or maybe that. Though, it doesn't always happen when I sneeze or cough or something like that. It might relate to something like diabetes, in the most extreme case.

My one turned out to be a kidney stone and my cousin had the same problem. Do not leave its as it is ! Its not worth it. My doctor found the problem in like 30 secs using ultrasound so thats why its best to see a urologist it will definately have an instant effect so definately visit a doctor.

Had partial histo,now my age,less estergin ,and diabetes 2 ....wonderfull! Got all three now in 12 months gone from little at night accidents due to not being able to make it to the loo in time ( diebeties) to full fledge having to wear pads ALL the time...embarrassing, and now dampness problems...IT JUST WORSE AND WORSE ........old moaning saying..."WHY ME"??????
