sitechecker.pro - Check your website for malformed href attributes here
If a link in href tag has a mistake it doesn't work. So your website users can't visit a page you link to, and search engine bots can't crawl such link. If search engine bots can't crawl such URL, there is a risk they just won't index the page and won't find links to other pages.
Pages that contain at least one outgoing link with a mistake in href tag. For example, missed slash in a href.
You need to look inside the code of the pages and check the href tag.
For sure you can go to each and every page of your website and manually check the code, but it is much more convenient to use the SiteCheckers site audit tool. It will provide you with a list of all the issues in terms of technical SEO, including malformed href data.
Just click on “Issue in code button and you will see the exact line in code where the issue is located. ”
Just note that this issue won't trigger on pages that use relative links.
Write correct or protocol, and make sure to proofread your code to avoid any typos in all of your href tags. As simple as that.
