in August, a heartbreaking event occurred at the hotel’s pool where, despite the presence of lifeguards, a child unfortunately drowned. What compounded the tragedy was the hotel’s decision to proceed with business as usual the following day, with no acknowledgment or information provided to the guests about the incident. This lack of transparency and sensitivity towards such a grave matter is alarming
