For Saudi Arabia, he reviewed three key studies. The most recent, published in 2024, involved 362 participants and used injection tests to assess erect penile length and girth. The findings? The average erect penis length (bone-to-tip) was 14.28 cm (5.6 inches), with girth averaging 11.36 cm. Another study from 2015 measured 778 men and found similar results: an average length of 14.34 cm and girth of 11.5 cm. A smaller 2012 study of younger men (mean age 22.5) recorded slightly different measurements but confirmed that Saudi averages align with international data.
Globally, a meta-analysis of over 15,500 men found the average erect penis length to be 13.12 cm, with a girth of 11.66 cm. This places Saudi averages slightly above global norms but still under the widely misunderstood “6-inch average.” It's crucial to understand that visual or anecdotal perceptions, like in locker rooms or porn, do not reflect population-based statistics.
