Typically, when is the best time to take Mitopure? Should a person take it with food, are there certain foods/drinks to stay away from when taking it as it might reduce the effect of the U-A?

Has anyone tried transplanting the bacteria that produce Urolithin A from those who have them to those who do not? Do bacteria so transplanted survive?

I would think so, stomach acid is really bad, reason why most probiotic type pills powder stuff is a waste, most is destroyed in stomach acid. But that is why I asked, no replay. @@charlessavoie2367

Apparently, this only happens to a small percentage of the population butt I am back to normal now. If you get a brain boost from nad+ boosters mitopure may not be for you. it's vary addictive

@@sahilshah5611 I had brain affects because it raised NAD+. Not all people get brain affects from it. but I do and so will other people. and mitopure knows this can happen and thay tell people to take a hudge dose anyway. did they not do clinical trials? becaus I thaught they did. Also when I reached out to mitopure I was met with what can olny be called ignorance.

@@sahilshah5611 it made my brain hot when I got off of it. And I had problems when I slept. Feeling like a few hours of sleep was enough.
