Thank you so much for covering Ursa Major every year, we love being to hear about people's experiences! I'm so glad that you made so much money at the swap meet and I will definitely show our staff member who ran the Doll Museum your comments about her event - we were really lucky this year to have people who are knowledgeable and passionate about dolls to run the event, and it's thanks to her that there were so many fun additions and souvenirs!

I love seeing these videos, because I can´t attend but I am living vicariously through you! Also I love seeing the different booths and artist/desingers so I can order from them online 🧸

🧸This was so fun to watch. I haven't worn lolita in a long time and when I was, I went to a local meetup for ILD in 2011. I really miss the fashion and hope to be able to wear it again one of these days. I'm also plus sized, so I really enjoy your channel.

🧸 Sounds like a fun event. There's nothing like that near me. I've never been to any sort of lolita event.

The tiny badges and ribbons are so adorable! I couldn’t afford Lolita in high school so I actually got a colab Pullip doll with an innocent world dress.

This was so cool to experience an event like this that I likely won't ever get a chance to attend. I've been getting back into lolita after about 12 years not wearing it and your videos have been a massive part of me working up the courage to try again. As a fellow plus size swolita I can't thank you enough! 💕🧸

You can try the PomPomPurin Café in Harajuku! Spontaneous reservations can be made on a screen in front of the door there. We went like an hour before closing and could go in immediately iirc - the downside that came with that was that we couldn't order food items anymore, just drinks. (We sadly missed the Ghibli museum because booking was crazy!)

Damn! I didn't know this was a live, I wish I'd caught it! I'm sorry you got sick though. So sad about the Kirby cafe tho. I think you should post your panel. (I think that because I missed it, in part!) "Using your power for good" haha, reminds me of the arguments I had with Mr Yan about plus sizes (and size 4L that was smaller than LL is at Baby or even a normal Japanese department store...) of course that didn't end well, because he brought his beef with me to an event at AP in SF-- even though he did stock 6L for a little while. I agree with you for the most part about the high quality of Gothic and Lolita Market but damn, there was some really bad lace on a couple of the tables. (I do have a winged-eye-angel pendant because I don't think of that as a Christian thing, but you know I'm right there with you about the crosses, I absolutely won't touch them.) The long purple pendant necklace in the upper right corner at 20:30 went home with me. Those purple shooting star socks remind me of Mabel from Gravity Falls. I almost got them but I didn't know if they were 19" calf friendly! I actually have almost figured out how to coord the Crystal Tarot. 🧸

I'm glad you enjoyed the doll museum so much! My friend is the one who sets it up and she made the little badges too ^^

Please tell her she is my hero! OR just feel free to direct her to this video so she can hear it directly from me! XD I am literally already thinking about coords for next year that incorporate my more obscure kumyas for the return of the Doll Museum!

I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to chat at Ursa Major but I'm so glad you had a great time! I guess you're probably back from Japan now but I would have suggested QPot Cafe! Reservations there are pretty easy in comparison to the really popular themed cafes! ;; A;;
@EllieDelightful24 күн бұрын
Oh no it would have been fun to chat! QPOT CAFE YOU SAY??? I am actually here for a few more days, i am definitely going to try and make that happen!

The animal bags you were admiring were from Dreamy Pebble, whose booth you also visited and filmed in the Ursa Market! She accepts commissions on the first of every month, and many people opt to commission those animal bags. Lots of people ask her to make bags that look like their own pets!
