I hv been trying to connect my device for the last three hours. Couldn't find anything till this tutorial video. I simply had to turn off the blue tooth for a minute and turn it back on and boom it connected! Thank you so much! I was about to factory reset but this video saved me!! Greatly appreciated!!👍🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽

I have done all of these steps even factory reset. When on bluetooth device the sound from my music and videos still skips. I have a samsung gs9. I found that other ppl have reported this issue and there is something wrong with the android software. Also by the way i have connected the bluetooth devices to other phones and they work just fine

On my phone,(Samsung Galaxy J3) when I'm on the final step of factory resetting, there's a message which says: "You won't be able to access any files on your SD card after you reset your phone". If I reset my phone, will accessing files in the card work if I pull it out and put it in the phone again?

Okay so basically for clearing the cache, I didn't have that option. And the problem is like when I use my headphone it suddenly disconnectes and when I turn off and on my headphone it works again. I don't know why this is happening.

My Xperia with android 12 when pairing first time it works but when I shut off by for a while and try to reconnect to the device it won't pair and sometimes the device disappears in the bt list, had to re attempt a few times until it worked again. Note that sometime when listening to music via bt buds it sometimes interrupts especially when being around objects that aren't necessarily metal and I have to wait or get out of that spot to an open area which my previous iphone never did smh

Hi my Backbeat Fit 3200 ear buds are getting no sounds when I'm playing on KZbin or Music on my phone, the lady says it's paired with Wi-Fi on phone and battery is high was working perfectly before when I used at gym. I tried Backbeat Fit 3200 on other device laptop and the sounds are playing on it perfectly. I have reset factory mode on phone thinking that mite fix the problem, but still no sounds from phone to ear buds when I'm playing KZbin or Music and videos. Any advice please? Thanks 👍

I've been experiencing unstable sound on my bluetooth headset, the sound is getting lower and then getting higher all the time. This just happens on my tablet and not my phone. I've tried to use other bluetooth headset on my tablet and the issue happens to them too. I've tried all the steps in this video but nothing works. I've been testing a bit and now I know that the connection between the tablet and the headset is the problem. But since the headset is doing all fine on my phone does this mean that the headset is completely fine, the problem is the tablet. Does this mean that the bluetooth on my tablet is broken?

Ok, I've bought an Ipega Red Knight Retractable Controller, and one moment the Controller is fine then the next it is lagging, and the connection is so Unstable. This is a brand new controller i bought there shouldn't be any sort of issues with it having an Unstable connection...it's a detriment to my gameplay.

I have a Huawei Mediapad T3 and I connected Bluetooth headphones and a PS4 controller to it. Since I did that, I'm not able to use either device with anything else. They seem to be locked to the Mediapad. I've told the the Mediapad to forget them and done everything in this video but both devices are still not appearing on any Bluetooth search and even the Mediapad can no longer see them. It's like the tablet is hiding their Bluetooth visibility. ☹️

Hi, I had a smartphone (Alcatel) with android 6.0 and the bluetooth worked ok with the radio of my car (i just needed to dial the pairing code one time because the next times I turn off the car and turn on again, and the radio connect automaticaly with the smartphone). From few days back this problem occurs in my phone, that is, my bluetooth connected to video but if any call comes while watching video , bluetooth get disconnected, after then it don't connect again. I just watched your video on Bluetooth and no answer so I will ask. When I have hung up on a Bluetooth call ( this has happened on 3 different vehicles) the phone will try to dial my no, and when I try to hang-up it just dials my no. again and again. It will show being on line for awhile if I leave it but will not hang up. I have to restart my phone to get it to quit. Can u assist.
