This is the full length version of the Onitsuka shoe/fashion campaign add. This debuted alongside the first episode of the 2022 Studio David version of Urusei Yatsura.

That is confirmed, it looks like Ataru didn't even only flirt with human girls, but robotic ones. And since it was made for Onitsuka Tiger to promote the brand, this is probably one of the only Urusei Yatsura-themed content that didn't contain Lum's iconic bikini outfit, but still kept her tiger-stripe.
