Thank you for this content, Mike. Out of the small few who make videos covering road drives in real time, the quality of yours is the best of them all

Well, I won't get through this whole video today, but I will definitely watch it all...a little at a time.

I spotted another train again on 1:48:51. Dude this is awesome, I think I’m starting to like this 10hr video so far.👍

Darn it’s BNSF😡.I thought it would be Union Pacific😣.

This looks like a long road trip that I would definitely enjoy. Nice ride along us highway 287 from Dallas TX to Denver CO
@richardcoronado40812 ай бұрын
I like that you added the highway number signs and bottom of the screen stating the names of each county and state that you enter. 👍

1:32:13 is my favorite because I just saw an intermodal train going underneath the bridge before you went over it.

I moved from Dallas to Denver five years ago. I remember every inch of this drive lol

Love your ambient sound only. It's the only reason I subscribed. the only thing better in my opinion, would be speedo, compass, and day/date/time. Thanks!

Love it! 👍This week I’ll be driving 287 from Laramie to Fort Collins, then Lyman to Amarillo (then on to San Antonio). Hope the weather cooperates as Wyoming already had snow and was driving on their “world famous” icy I-80.😂😂😂

287 to Laramie is quite the challenge in winter weather

287 between Fort Worth and Amarillo needs to be an interstate
@CaseyGpdx2 ай бұрын
The whole thing needs to be an interstate mainly for truck traffic getting from Dallas to Denver

A road that goes from Beaumont to Stratford in Texas. You really can’t have a much farther distance between two towns than that in Texas. How many miles is 287 in Texas?

34:37 quick correction, this is I-35W, not I-35E

I've done this route quite often in my 18-wheeler. I did not start from downtown, of course.

Kind of a Greatest Hits, with few new things added in. Poor old US 81, another of the Rodney Dangerfield highways. Thought I was getting tired toward the end, but it was the camera. Didn't watch it all, scanned through the parts I'd seen before. (I cheated)

How'd you do it in 10hrs. Says it takes 12hrs. Unless you skipped ahead in some part of this video.

I cut the part from Fort Worth to Henrietta out due to the camera going out of focus.

Drove past Dealey Plaza where JFK was assassinated.
@richardcoronado40812 ай бұрын
Yeah, the saddest, darkest section of Dallas city history. Dallas will forever be linked to JFK. The assassination put Dallas on the world map, but the city has gone through great lengths to be a welcoming haven for tourists, visitors and residents alike. You can't help but love the city after everything it's been through for the past 61 years.

damn, what a very flat drive, for some reason I thought it would get prettier as you entered Colorado but I forget the south end of the state is very flat.
@lalakerspro2 ай бұрын
East of denver is flat, not necessarily south. Even denver itself, you have to go 20-30 mins west to get to the foothills of the rockeies
