Great scenery, would have to check a map to be sure but might have gone through that area a while back. Check out Cottonwood Canyon Road (if you haven't already), unpaved but fantastic scenery and good side trip to Grosvenor Arch along the way. Did that on a car trip (wife doesn't ride) going towards Bryce Canyon some time ago.

I'll have to check out Cottonwood Canyon Rd. So many parts of 89 are beautiful. A great road for traveling.

US 89 in Utah is a good roadway but, for me, it's a means to get to the much better roadways of UT 12 and UT 24.
