Thanks for this video. But I don't understand why the video's creator wrote that her answer was wrong at 31:52 and that the correct answer for “ What is your country of origin? Is it Cuban instead of Cuba? The officer does not ask her what her nationality is. These videos are appreciated, but I have noticed in a lot of them, there are mistakes that, instead of helping, they do the opposite.

@@corinnasterzer2463 my test was easy. I was asked 6 questions only since I answered them correctly we stopped just up to #6 then we proceed to reading and written test. since I don’t have any citations or violation upon reviewing my N400 documents it fast pace.

I was overtly prepared for the test but it turned out easy. My coworker just passed hers and I interpreted for her. The interviewer was very polite and easy going, which made her more relaxed.

We did a mock interview. I downloaded the citizenship test from the website. Since she was given the questionnaire in Spanish, I’d use those cards instead of translating the questions. Then, we went over the application. I’d ask the questions in English then translate them to Spanish. We practiced a few times before the actual interview. All in all, do your best and translate to the best of your ability, and be honest.

At 26:12 the applicant was asked if she had ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason and she answered no even though she got a speeding ticket. Can you please clarify why this answer was deemed incorrect? What happens if you got a speeding ticket in the mail for going above the speed limit on a limited speed zone but you have made the payment, are you supposed to answer yes to this question. Appreciate your response.

Question: Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason? Question has "any reason" words and traffic ticket is an offence, so we must answer this question is "Yes". Although you have made the payment, you must answer the question is "yes". And you must give payment receipt to officer when you take your interview.

At 31:50 What is your country of origin? Cuba, was the correct answer. The addition of the suffix, "an" indicates a man or woman from that country. As in America the country, and I am or was an American (person). I have never heard the sentence, "What is your advance address." Normal English is, "What is your current address?" What was your previous address? What will your next address be? Or what will your address be in future? This is a tough English test with awkwardly phrased questions. I suspect written by an AI program with not enough education. At 37.47 Persecution is not just related to religion and politics. Persecution is to oppress or harass with ill treatment, to pursue in a manner to injure, to cause one grief, to afflict or beset with cruelty, especially because of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or adherence to a particular religious creed or mode of worship. Maybe you came from Pakistan, and spoke English and Urdu, you may have been tested in German. You would fail the language test and be confused. America should rely more on background character assessment. America is divided on many issues: Do you agree or disagree with abortion? Does a woman have the right to take the morning after pill? There will never be total agreement. Are Americans really free to think, decide and act according to their conscience?

This is a question form a standard file of UCIS. And: America should rely more on background character assessment. -> Correct, but according Form N 652, they still evaluate many abilities of applicants. Last: Does a woman have the right to take the morning after pill? There will never be total agreement. Are Americans really free to think, decide and act according to their conscience? To find your traffic ticket history, follow these steps: Contact the local DMV or equivalent agency. Provide your personal information and license details. Request your driving record or traffic violation history. Pay any applicable fees. You can often request this information online, by phone, or in person at a DMV office.
