@Linz0440 in the UK we are never told the details of Military exercises or any information on new technology, at least not until years later. The most we are told is when semi regular exercises take place in a particular area, not what will actually happen but there is frequently no warning even in residential areas where things go on all night. No Military wants those details to get out because of the risks of spies. So yes I do think that tests will happen with no warning. The West is gearing up for War.
