The SC should take suo-motto cognizance of the matter as the New York District Court is confused about it's jurisdiction and interfered in the rights of Judiciary of India. A summon should be issued against the judge of New York district court through Supreme Court of USA to appear in Supreme Court of India and submit his apology in person. Otherwise, the judge should be declared a fugitive from Indian Courts.

Meeting with trump and BRICS currency are two objectives to be achieved in next 3 months . US is a powerful country we understand they have given us many strategic setbacks because they have the capacity be it Bangladesh, Pakistan. But India should resolve matters with China and go hardcore with BRICS currency that is the way forward. Then negotitate from the position of strength and not from current position where we seem to be in a position only receiving engines, military technology , investment etc. Open up sectors with China invite there investments too. For military technology increase your research budget double that and we know the concept of strategic autonomy cannot be exercised till India has its own jet engine invest amount in Kaveri engine.

India should request further particulars with regards to the allegations so that when the matter goes to court it can be defended. India’s legal team should also make representations that the allegations are frivolous, unsubstantiated and a waste of the time and resources of all parties including those of the court. Further provide evidence that the applicant who has known links to a banned terrorist organisation whose actions and behaviour is provocative towards the government of India and aimed towards building rebellion in India . A counter case should be filed for an extradition order so that he can be tried in an Indian court on various substantiated grounds.
