Whatever you have submitted take all those documents with you, even though they will just see the documents that are mentioned in the checklist but there is no harm to bring all those that you have submitted. I brought all of mine. And i remember the interview of a divorcee girl was quite longer than others, I personally never asked what was extra but I would suggest bring all your documentation

Hey Chirsmita!! tahnk you so much for your kind words. You need not to worry about the dress there is no dress code kind of thing. Though my dress was semi-formal. I had my loose pants on with a regular top and a long coat which was semi-formal.

Hi di I got my interview approved 4 days ago.. the counselor asked basically 7 questions.. the last question he asked when was the last time your husband visited you in India. I told him after the weeding he stayed for 2 months. Then he left for us.. couple months later he come back to India and we are staying together for 2.5 years now in India. After that the he said your visa is approved!!

Actually i got married in 2017 with my boyfriend without letting my parents know because they are not agreed with our relationship due to intercaste issues. Then we had a court marriage. We don't have a wedding photos but we do have a pictures together, we do have a whatsaap chat,call logs,money transfer receipts, he do post our pictures in his insta and Facebook. So my concern is,Does it really a big issue that we don't have wedding pictures. We do chat everyday, daily calls etc.. His case is already approved by nvc and waiting for his interview. I just need ur suggestion like what if we don't have a wedding pictures because my parents were not agreed .but our relationship is totally real . We were dating for 3 years and on 2017 we got married in india and came back to California. We are Indians. Plzzz respond!!

Hey girl there is nothing to worry, for CR1 they don't need chat and all much, but if it is approved by NVC so its all good. all that matters is your relationship is real and wedding is real, which you guys have so chill, if he want he can just bring some pictures with him of two of you together, in case they ask but they never ask. but to be safe side just bring few and you guys are good.

Hey thank you so much for your kind words. You can go to any where there is no restriction upon this that if your interview is in Mumbai you can have it done anywhere among approved hospitals. I had mine in mohali, my interview was in Mumbai. Once you get your interview date get your medical done anytime before your interview. Also I never brought any affidavit for financial support. If they are asking you now then bring it.
