Paid TV, FCPA can be applied against the domestic business so the US DOJ applied investor defrauding charges but the basis is the bribery in India. Adani must clear his name in the US court where he has been indicted and not on the bribed tv channels and paid social media.

Page 10 section IV of the indictment, which contains names charged with Obstruction and Bribes, clearly mentions Adani. Just because Adani is Modi's prime investor and puppet master, it doesn't mean you should resort to outright lies
