Mr. Irani's comments & assessment sounds honest & correct & therefore one would trust & beleive it. On the other hand CNBC AWAZ viewrs may think that for past 4-6 weeks all of them are trying best present such details which could bring down markets. While they claim that some stocks are over priced but then every day the time of marketing opening a team experts mostly give investment tips for new highs for such over price stocks. Investment in Most of the stocks with PE higher than 27-30 could be likely to face 4-5 correction from time to time for profit booking or portfolio switch. One would fail to understand why all the market related TV Channels always keep talking about the age old listed stocks & rarely talk about stocks listed in last 1-2 years. There are many which had very impressive listing.

Don't you contradict your own words by saying MF, other smart money is sitting on huge cash of more than 10% and crash will also come. As soon as market goes 2 to 3 % down these will pump in money and give support. Where the crash will come then.? Now INDIA 🇮🇳 is rich retailers are also sitting on 20 % cash ready apart from SIP keep continuing. Car inventory is huge piled up. So even retailers are sitting on cash. In my particular opinion no crash before NIFTY50 touching 27k. Market will keep doing up 3% down 2% again up 3% again down 2% like this it will keep continuing. People, MF and smart money have to invest in this downs only..... If market is pulled significant down then retailers will take at the very bottom. All mindset have to be changed with this changing world and technology., thanks

Wonder why Equity is worth investing in now.. 5..DIIs may be buying to counter FII selling , but no reason for 30000 cr Sales in Debt segment in Aug unless Redemptions have taken over....
