First things first what should i prioritise more: Good SAT score,STATE OR UNIVERSITY? I'm so confused regarding how can i choose the uni and the state. How can I shortlist the universities? What is the perfect state for Nepalese. Can you please suggest to me the top 5 states. Appreciate your help.

You should prioritize the scholarship rather than the state and choose the university that has good reputation of your major.

students are awarded the scholarship for four years, but to keep it for rest of semester, you must maintain a certain GPA. If you do not meet this GPA requirement, your scholarship will be canceled.
