"Depends"..how much is your income and overhead expenses? The English right now are experiancing what many Canadians consider mild.." but" several do not have enough to heat their homes nor feed themselves...living in vehicles, tents..well, that sort of thing becoming common here and other nations as well... Point is, " many in America whom live in these regions will not make it out of this situation with their full health and require assistance." Winter is not over, and them polar vortex episodes do pay us a visit on occasion. Living expenses are rather high, and if our economy stagnates further..well.. "Need not say much more."
