Hi Komal, I have a valid B1/B2 US Visa (valid upto 2033) which I had applied officially for a business meeting scheduled for March-23, However I did not go for that meeting as it was cancelled. Now, I am called up for project which will last about 6 months. I presume will require work permit/L1 work visa. Is there a procedure to apply for work permit? Do I change the status of B1/B2 to L1? What route should I take? Hope I dont have to face any further interviews to obtain work permit.

Hi mam, I got my admission in a University in Cincinnati, my course start date is 22nd Aug, but i m travelling on 26th July to USA. Before going to Cincinnati I m planning to stay at my distant relatives home in Washginton DC(i didnt mention this in DS160). So my POE is Washington DC, will it be a problem, if tell them that i 'm going to stay with my relatives for few days before going to university
