Just did it myself now. Hard to say what the most difficult part is, but I was terrified the whole time because I had it in my head it was 4 times round, not 3. What a relief it was when it stopped!

Doing the 30 - 30 challenge every day for June... 30 seconds burpees , 30 secs rest.. 30 secs thrusters ( 20kg bar ) , 30 secs rest ... Repeat for 30 mins in total High intensity, maintain number of reps all the way thru

Nice effort, but the for the sit-ups, feet should be flat on the deck. The knees should be together. The elbows need to touch the patellas. We've done a version with arms across the chest left arm over right with hands touching the clavicles. The other version was with fingertips resting on the temples and moving the elbows to touch the patellas on the up movement.

Press-ups should have the feet together, hands slightly closer together and elbows close to the body. Chest should be down to about 2-3 inches off the deck. Plank position, back straight as a board, head up more and eyes ahead. Burpees: press-up position with hands slightly closer together. Start and stop in the attention position.

Just ser the video this morning and done later. Three times done. 13:49 s, 13:19s And 13:22s. Imposible to use the video as reference. First time is ok. I did not feel bad. The second one, became a little bit toss and third one drilled me. I thought about 4th round but unnecessary 😅

I've done the vPJFT for the royal marines in last stage now only got my medical and I can say this would have got a fail 😂 it's not so much the repetition more the form, doing it in the way he does is easy, the real way for the test is really difficult, every movement has to be explosive, his aren't

Come back and comment when you have your beret or when you have achieved service akin to Art's in the Marine Corps. Good luck in your service mate, respect for giving it a go. I hope you get there. @@AlrightDave on the burpees you have to squat all the way down ass to grass on stage 1 and then also when returning to the position on stage 3 to 4 of the burpee, feet must be together the entire time. Also when your hands need to be directly below your shoulder or Reuther side if you’re feet for stages 1 to 3, failure to miss any of these steps results in a failure. On the sit-ups feet and knees must be squeezed together at all times and elbows need to touch the top of your knees on each rep, again failure to do this also results in failure. Next on the plank he was fidgeting and didn’t have his feet together the entire time which are both fails. On the press-ups his elbows should have been squeezed tighter against the side of his body to make them more tricep heavy. Although a good effort this would definitely be a fail

The plank ruins everything jeez! The hardest part, because it’s mostly a psychological mental thing. I did it, not as smooth as butter nor perfect, had to rest a little because the plank kicks my ass but I tried to punish myself for slowing down by doing another one in the end, gotta try to better and master this one for sure.

I think that's just the entry test? Most people with a good physical fitness would pass it. Especially from a rugby, Thaiboxing or mma background. Once you're in then that's when they sort the men from the boys.

@@enricosamuel8041 keep training! And mix it up! I hate running and I throw runs in there just because I hate it. Like Wolf says, "you gotta be ready for any situation". Throwing runs in, or mountain climbers (Wolf's favorite) just because they suck, is going to make you more lethal because you will be able to handle anything that is thrown at you. Good luck!

Definitely! A run is fine, just remember to listen to your body. Length of run also has an impact on your overall recovery. Fenris is spot on accurate. Train safe & let’s support each other as we get healthier & stronger!! 💪🏼💯
