Wow! Lopez was really going for it, death or glory stuff. As always though, Roger got to grips with Lopez' serve to a large extent, and then had the staying power, as well as the brilliance of course. He doesn't make mistakes at all does he, when he's on form. Incredible accuracy.

And anyone who thinks Lopez only had a slice backhand needs to watch this match. He's playing his last professional match this week and I'll miss his tennis. Federer, of course, always won. 13-0 against Lopez.

Must of been like playing a robot …. You play absolute lights out tennis … and it still isn’t anywhere near good enough in the end lol, speed of the courts back then was great to watch
