It's usually always operational during breakfast. Because not many people have ordered ice cream in the morning so the machine hasn't entered it's mandatory cleaning cycle because barely any ice creams have been purchased. When they tell you the ice cream machine is broken it's actually just self cleaning and cannot extrude ice cream during this for obvious reasons. They tell the employees to just tell customers the machine is broken lol

Barack says they stalled George for 3 hours. When George found out about the starcoins in episode 9, Barack says it was 3 AM and in the same episode they jumped twice an hour forward through editing. Combining the time length of episodes of NSBW and Wii Sports Resort, plus Barack and Michelle bringing George to the hospital while Trump and Biden homebrewed the Wii, I believe they started playing at 10 PM and ended at 6 AM. This matches with Michelle waking up early for a morning jog and finding weird they were still playing. So the whole NSBW series happened in approximately 8 hours.
