Simple audio editing son. You take the desired audio clip, open it in audacity, Vegas or whatever program and repeat the first 0.2 sec or so (how long you like, duh) how many times suits you so to achieve the DJ mixing effect. You can't overcomplicate this, Jack!

Yep, just some quick audio slicing! I use DaVinci Resolve to make my videos and have been using it for 8 years (I am a big fan of Resolve). They also added a new music timing alignment feature that makes it possible to perfectly align clips based on your BPM of choice, which turned out to be very handy while making the Barack Beatbox section!
