One thing I'm having trouble understanding is: Are the presidents playing GTA with their avatars, or are we hearing the story of the characters within the GTA game react to real life situations (to them)? It's confusing, because sometimes they react to stuff in the game as though it's real (screaming when the car is flipping/drifting) But when they speak, their photo bubbles appear, and they're wearing headsets as though they're gaming.
