Russia has been grinding Ukraine's army into almost nothing ever since their summer offensive last year. And now Ukraine is being overwhelmed and they don't have enough equipment or manpower. Meanwhile Russia is attacking them across the entire front to force them to constantly shift their elite regiments around to try and counterattack although not that there is much of the 47th left after they lost a ton of equipment near Adiivka.

Ukraine is quite huge and most Western nations are open to refugee's from there. Unlike Egypt who has built a border wall but I cant blame them Hamas if a off shoot of the Muslim Brother Hood who has been terrorizing every single government in the middle east except maybe Iran and others who fund them. But yeah, the Ukrainian army isn't hiding behind civilians in large cities for the most part as the fighting takes place in villages and fields and the Ukrainian government issues evacuation notices once Russian forces get within artillery range and vice versa for the Russians who also evacuate civilians when they're in threat of Ukrainian fire. Maybe Hamas can learn a thing or two from them when it comes to preserving civilian lives.
