Two another important things here in USA, 1. Blow horn only when it is absolutely necessary to warn other drivers about their wrong moves 2. Give passage to Emergency Vehicles as soon as you hear the sirens. Driver has to move his/her car towards right side of the lane and Stop.

I drove on Delhi Mumbai expressway recently, 120kmph speed limit, But parts of the road are completely undrivable, foot deep potholes, sunken part of road and these suddenly appear when going 120, I was driving 80 kmph and still the suspension got damaged. Some sections of the road are completely impeccable, some are just danger to the public.

This is the best part of living in US. I have been here for 11 years now and there is a sea change in the driving habits, attitude of people when compared to India. Its literally a heaven to enjoy driving here whereas in india even if you have a good powerful car its of no use as you have no infra coupled with the driving habits and attitude of people. Yes nothing beats the social life and the people connections, family, bonds, the mix of culture and that is why i am moving back soon, but will definitely miss the travel, fun with cars, driving habits, courtesy, lifestyle choices that is so good in US.

Bro i went to Ghaziabad RTO for my exam and they told me to reverse park the car. Now, people before me were struggling to back their cars up as the surface was uneven, whereas I had no problem. After this, the procedure was to pull out of the parking space and stop the car at the start. I reversed my car so smoothly that the person from RTO who was taking the test came to my car, told me to roll my window down and checked for my seatbelt. After this he just told me to get out of the car and said I have passed my exam. I didn't even need to pull out from the parking spot to complete my test😂😂😂. The funny part was the fear I had before the test.😂

They start preparing for license exam and the process take around 5-6 months and after clearing written exam plus driving test then only license is issued and we can see in this video why everyone is trained and have been adhering to the traffic rules.

Sadly people in India just drive by obtaining license by some means but don't have proper knowledge of traffic rules , some don't even use low beams at all in the night. And always try to overtake in hurry. Even if there is long strech of jam creating more problems for emergency vehicles like ambulance. Please kindly stay in queue while there is road jams, keep space on either side of roads for emergency vehicles. Drive sensibly follow all traffic rules and please please use low beams whenever vehicles are approaching from front.

It all comes down to the rules and regulation booklet that is provided for free from every Department of Public Safety in every state in US which you have to study thoroughly then sit for a computerized multiple choice option test at the beginning of your driver's test and once you pass that test then only you are allowed to appear for a physical rigorous driving test which last for atleast 30 mins or more conducted with rigor and precision simulating various driving scenarios and then if you secure I guess 70% or more you are issued a driver's permit. I got my texas driver's permit in 2003 while I was there for 8 years and that was the procedure. Imagine this process in India. Laws doesn't ensure safety enforcement and strict adherence along with individual knowledge of the same ensures safety. 20 years later in India I have seen no such improvement.🙈🙂

​@malangshaikh-automobilebasics एक माह पहले भोपाल में vw workshop में dsg खुला था। बिना कोई part बदले वापस लगाया गया। Clutch एवं dmf flywheel बदलवाने की कह रहे थे लेकिन मैंने नहीं बदलवाया क्योंकि car केवल 26000 km चली थी। बाढ के पानी में टायर 95% तक डूब गयी थी। Gear lever के नीचे का पूरा set मैंने company का बदलवाया क्योंकि उसमे पानी भर जाने से signal नहीं पहुंच रहे थे तथा lever shift नहीं हो रहा था। गाडी चल रही है लेकिन आगे left side में घरर-घरर की आवाज आने लगती है जो लगातार नहीं आती है। Jerck भी लगते हैं हल्के से कभी-कभी। मैंने clutch और flywheel इसलिए नहीं बदलवाने क्योंकि service centre अपना estimate बढाना चाहते थे। गाडी मेरी नयी रखी थी बस पानी भर गया। इसके अलावा मैंने youtube में देखकर gas pedal को दबाये रखकर घर पर setting कर दी जिससे अब गाडी की आवाज ज्यादा आ रही है तथा engine में vibrations हैं।
