Hindi ba dapat yung naka retrogress is yung FILING, hindi yung final action. Kaya naoover subscribed (daw) dahil tanggap sila ng tanggap ng filing tapos hindi naman nila pinanprocess!

No sir. This from experience. I came over in 2006 and my family was follow to join. I got my green card in Jan 2007 but a few months later, retro happened. My family got stuck in the Phil for 7 yrs before they were able to follow which was 2013. If you are financially able to come together, do so. Because Manila US embassy processing is very slow and even if you are already current, by the time they process your papers, retro na naman. 😢😩
