Well taught! I hope this is a start of a teaching career at these camps for you. Really well laid out, clearly explained, loud and clear voice, etc. and of course what a cool system! Can't wait to try it.

Oh my goodness. A few of my teammates have been running octopus guard recently. They’ll get me there, and I recognize it and am interested, but I kinda chill to see where they go from there out of curiosity and they never do anything. So I asked them and they don’t seem to know where to go with it either. I think they’re just starting to run it. I’m definitely going to try this series out. Thanks a bunch!

Been playing this position a lot and it’s been causing me a lot pain in my should from posting on my elbow/ hand. Any advice?

Any time you have an injury its best to transition to other positions. Traditional half may have to be a focus until you heal up

Also, don't forget to incorporate a lifting and/or calisthenics routine in your training to build more strength to support your shoulder.
