When Thomas shouts "GO GO GO" u can see Richardson facial expression change and she literally keeps her head straight and sprint . That moment is forever on replay , its how champions are made.

Look at the concentration on the face of Gabby when she passes the baton to Sha'Carri. She made damn sure it was securely placed in Sha'Carri's hand. It was brilliant. And then Sha'Carri went, with such determination. It was all such a joy to see.

@pfchim2012 I completely agree! If Shacarri gets the majority credit from everyone, BUT if it wasn’t for Tee Tee and especially Gabby, Sharika would have ate Shacarri up! 😅Also Jamaica switched their line up. Had they kept the line up that got them to the final, we would have seen a completely different race. I’m Definitely happy for USA that they did switch it up! Had Jamaica kept Elaine Thompson Herra in and left Shelly Ann on the anchor 😮😅

I'm a HUGE Sha'Carri fan and have watched and rewatched the handover from Gabby to Sha'Carri multiple times. What impressed me even more than Sha'Carri bringing it home was Gabby Thomas urging Sha'Carri on, after the handover, despite the press about their beef from Tee Tee Terry. It was obvious, after the 200m post-race interview that they were uncomfortable answering the question about whether they will represent in th 4 x 100. Gabby behaved like a loving Big Sister. Gabby Thomas has a BEAUTIFUL SOUL! Wish her all the best for Olympics 2024.

They can't even win the relay with superior individual sprinters running on the team but each time they talk about breaking the world record. SMH! These announcers be so wrong! He was like, “she’s closing, but not fast enough”…no, ShaCarri slowed down a little, ROFL. Actually, is it me, or has ShaCarri looked like her body was tapped out after the 100M final? She didn’t seem to have a huge sense of urgency to get out in the 200M (and we all have seen her slaughter a bend many times), and she let Gabby run up on her here, also. Another sign, is Shericka basically maintaining the same distance on her, when she runs give/take an entire MPH faster than Shericka on top speed. I think she was either just very fulfilled with the 100M victory, or her body is just a bit fatigued. Either way, I’m proud of my girl for getting two championship records in her first World Championships!

Just say congratulations and move on. Y’all too bias. If it was the other way around and fans were making excuses for the US you would be calling it excuses. JA will not always be on top stop acting as if JA must win everything and if they don’t it is boo hoo hooing. JA still came 2nd which is good.

Very conservative baton exchange by US. Thomas almost ran past Richardson.

You cannot win the race without the baton. The baton work is key to relays. Gabby knew that ShacCarri was explosive and Sha Carri eased out and Gabby made the smoothest exchange after that stage 3 ignited stage 4. It was a thing of beauty...

It seems like the Jamaican 4x100 coaches are always making wrong decisions. They dropped Elaine, a person who was crucial in getting them into the final. Part of me is happy they lost because of this terrible decision.

@@avantwilliams2399 Improve? Give me a break. Usain Bolt set the standard for Jamaicans. Jamaica is about winning gold, not silver. This new 2nd tier thinking is something I've never seen from Jamaicans before.

@@avantwilliams2399 yeah, you should be happy... coz your vaunted Jamaicans 🇯🇲 were nearly shutdown by Team USA🇺🇸... Had it not been for Jackson, Team USA 🇺🇸 would have taken all the golds in the men's and women's sprints, add to that the relays... Poor Jamaica 🇯🇲 😢

Congratulations USA! Well done! Teamwork makes the dream works! Jamaicans need to sort out their confusion! Perhaps, they have far too much world class females to choose from! So, i am suggesting to the coaches to just go with the trials results! Win, loose or draw! Be consistent! To much cooks spoil the broth! Fren n company nuh run business!
