very nice interview for audience especially for someone who has no knowledge about US immigration. Very thoughtful questions by the interviewer especially regarding H-4 Kids age out. For US immigrant like me, YNR has barely scratched the surface, so many fine nuances in those each topics got left out, probably due to lack of time and understanding. Hopefully Rahul and Ynr can do another long form podcast soon.

18:00 - 19:00 he is comparing the doctor profession (where they can 2 hrs a day for each hospital) with engineer profession . In covid days some ppl did multiple jobs remotely . But now every company is asking employee to be onsite for 8 hrs .. then how can they do ?? He is giving wrong direction to youth .. just MARKETING his firm .

Rahul, while you've discussed the ideal scenarios, you haven’t touched on the challenges faced at the ground level. Some of examples are 1. **CPT** - It can only be provided when the candidate has a valid job offer, but how many employers are actually willing to accept candidates on CPT? 2. **Concurrent H1-B** - The primary H1-B employer rarely allows their employee to apply for a concurrent H1-B. Moreover, applying for one requires full transparency with both employers. 3. **H1-B Job Market** - Outside of Tier 1, 2, and 3 companies, many employers don’t even consider visa holders unless they have niche skills and there’s a strong demand. 4. You did mention about the annual package but you’ve not included about the expenses and cost of living where only one person is the income generator and spouse is on a dependent visa. It would be helpful if you could also highlight these real-world challenges that the majority of visa holders, around 90%, face.

No you can’t do, you spouse should apply for GC , in this process if you get H4EAD you can work any employer, else transfer your h4 to f1 you can work 20hrs/week within your university campus. final option is H4to H1b1 this depends on your luck your petition should be picked in lottery out of 60k quota where they get 4-5 Lakh applications
