it is actually nice to hear Micah mic'd bc during the clips of the drills, he seems to always be talking and so I was wondering what he was talking about. always also fun to hear Erik's comments while practicing as well. I'm surprised that the both are able to focus on that high level of play and still be able to talk at the same time. during a game, I'm constantly talking to my teammates but not in as joking of a manner, just more talking to coordinate about the play together...

Micah, 1 of my top 3 most favorite players of all time. For me, the best setter in the world. On top of that, he exudes positive energy whether inside the court or in the courtside. So happy to have finally met him and even got a picture with him during VNL in Rotterdam where I caught a lot of his courtside antics. 😂 Of course I'm happy to have met you again Erik. Rotterdam was the 2nd time, the 1st was in Perugia. I watched the CEV Finals too in Turin but I guess that doesn't count because I only saw you from afar. 😊 Hope to meet you all again in Gdansk!

Hey Erik, I just wanted to know if you can help out a Libero playing his second season. How do I stop using my knees that much? Like almost every ball I will drop down on my knee pads which is fine most of the time, but especially when digging balls on the right or left I often hit my bone on the floor as the side isn't padded. I do the same when playing beach volleyball, where it doesn't matter that much honestly. My knees are blue after almost every game/training because of that. Do you have any advice on that topic ? Also, great content as always!
